BODYVIVE
®: Lets
you get in shape at your own pace with a low-impact, group fitness workout that
leaves you fizzing with energy. Using the VIVE balls, VIVE tubes and optional
hand-weights, you choose the intensity that energizes your future. WE

willpower & Grace: Use your Willpower to create change in your body!
The barefoot style of this mindful cardio class incorporates functional
training into plyometrics, calisthenics and cardio drills. Done with
grace and style – in time you will stand taller, walk with greater confidence,
move with integrity.
Cardio Sculpt / Cardio Mix: Involve the whole body in
easy-to-follow movements designed to keep your mind entertained while you
elevate your heart rate and tone your muscles. Specific style varies by
instructor, but all classes promise to deliver an intense calorie-burn!
Vinyasa Yoga: All asanas in this power yoga class flow in a graceful
sequence, guided by rhythmic breathing, to produce an inner heat and suppleness
in the muscles. Realize the body’s full potential & quiet the mind to
create a dance-like movement that strengthens and balances. Prior
practice is recommended.
Yoga: Learn
a series of yoga postures and movements to increase your flexibility,
relaxation & mind-body connection. This restorative class is a great
way to manage stress and promote a healthy body. Suitable for beginners
& experienced practitioners alike.
Senior Yoga: Warm up the body & breath to bring your awareness inward by
completing a gentle flow of poses that strengthen, stabilize and foster
balance. Create strength & flexibility while reducing stress and
achieving deep relaxation.
Senior Cardio: This class is designed especially for seniors and consists of
30 minutes of hi/low floor aerobics followed by 20 minutes of toning and ending
with soft stretching. A great way to safely maintain/increase the
strength of your bones, muscles and cardiovascular system.
